Back Your Badge Marathon and Victory Party
A marathon, half marathon, and shorter race distances all starting at the Rec Center, with proceeds supporting first responders. The victory party afterward is open to everyone, so you can cheer people across the line even if you’re not running.

Bow Wow Bash
The Bow Wow Bash turns the Washington Township Park splash pad over to dogs for the afternoon before it closes for the season. Dogs swim, owners watch, and everyone leaves wet. It’s a genuinely fun way to close out summer in Avon.
