Hendricks Live! opens its holiday season the Saturday after Thanksgiving with a full Christmas variety show. Think carols, dancers, and the kind of staging that gets everyone in the mood a month early. Early evening start, so it works for most schedules.
Local authors and illustrators set up at the Avon library to talk about their work and sign copies. Free to walk through, and a good place to find a signed book before the holidays.
The Avon Chamber lights up the Pavilion Center for a night of glow bingo with prizes. Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door.
